Really great tasting authentic Colombian food. It was busy but the service was great! Nice decor to top it off. Prices are fine for the area and the food was very tasty!

My fiance is from Colombia and wanted to come here for some good Colombian food. We are so glad we did! Everything we ordered was phenomenal! The folks working there were super nice and they had live music. We sat on the patio, which has a beautiful view overlooking some water. Absolutely amazing place. Some of the best food we've had in a while. Looking forward to going here again very soon!

I had tried then when they had the food truck and was super excited to see they had a restaurant. My husband and I went on a week night for dinner, sat outside in the cute patio area. The fresh fruit drinks are amazing, my husband had guanabana (soursop) and I had a coconut limonade, both delicious. For food, he had the bandeja paisa and I had the sancocho de costilla (beef rib soup) and both were delicious. Service waa great, she anawered all of our questions with a great attitude.

What is Pueblito Paisa? According to my Columbian friend, it is literally translated to "Little Village Paisa". This is a charming little village nestled in Medellin, Columbia. With its cobblestone streets, white church, colorful buildings, plaza and breathtaking view on the Nutibara Hill, it becomes a popular tourist attraction in Medellin! Pueblito Paisa was built in 70's to replicate a typical Antioquian Village to showcase their lifestyle and heritage! Mi Pueblito Paisa started as food truck at 4509 Lee Blvd, Lehigh Acres serving Columbian cuisine. In late 2023, they moved to FGCU's University Village. It is situated next to Tacos and Tequila Cantina. It has six inside tables and more than dozen outside tables. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday! We walked in for early dinner on Saturday. The staff is very hospitable, friendly and answered many questions we had. This location was a take-out restaurant with heavy deep-fried items. The ambiance was simple other than the huge Mi Pueblito Paisa sign with customs and hats. If you go to www. mipueblitopasia.com, or Facebook or Instagram, it still refers to the Lehigh Acres food truck location and menu. The new menu using QR code on the table was not working in my iPhone. The new menu at the University Village is greatly expanded. Their web site or social media is work in progress! I have images of some of popular Columbian dishes from home and with the help of our server, we ordered a Salchipapas, and Cazuela de Marisco with a nice Mora fruit drink! The Salchipapas, one of popular fast-food dish commonly served as street food. The Pueblito Paisa version has crunchy French Fries topped with sausage, pork belly, white cheese in condiments. The sausage and pork belly added the savory taste to the fries! The portion was huge and we took half portion home! Th Cazuela de Marisco was a seafood stew that is served with Avocado/tomato salad, coconut rice and fried plantains or tostones. This seafood stew was served with small shrimps, clams, scallops, and calamari but packed in flavor! The avocado/tomato salad with a little onion added a refreshing taste to the stew. Wife loves that coconut rice but she is not a fried plantain fan! If you like Columbian food, this is the place to visit! We'll back for more Sancocho, Bandeja and Picada!

Went to this food truck on a Saturday at 8pm. It's location is with other food trucks. This place had a lot of the customers. Orders never stopped for the 20 minutes I was there. Good amount of tables for sitting and eating, are provided. As a gringo, the service was great and the food was cooked like it was in a brick and mortar restaurant. Ordered the Pork Belly(Chicharrón), Blood Sausage(Morcilla Colombiana) and a basic Arepa filled with cheese. Next time I'll be trying the hot dogs.

What a great place to stop for a bite in LA. (Lehigh Acres) . A dear friend of mine in originally from Colombia and she's been encouraging me to try Colombian food. This food truck is set up on its own lot complete with tables for one to sit and enjoy the authentic cuisine of Colombia. My hubby and I ordered beef empanadas with a side salad and two cokes to go. The sweet crew member who took my order was not only from Colombia but she spoke English which was a relief. In addition, the menus are written both in Spanish and in English. So many Latin food trucks menus tend to be only in Spanish and the people don't speak English either so it was great having a conversation with the crew. I am trying to improve my Spanish anyway. The empanadas are a ground beef and potatoes filing with lots of flavorful spices in a light pastry turnover. The fresh salsa really added to the flavor of the empanadas. The side salad was lettuce, tomatoes onions with fresh avocado in a light and delicious vinaigrette dressing. No complaints very tasty food. While walking around one of the picnic tables , my leg unfortunately hit a nasty little stump that I did not see which caused me to trip and fall onto the gravel lot. A kind gentleman helped me up. My ankle was cut and bruised. The sweet crew member immediately brought me a bottle of water. As I was cleaning my wound, she brought me an alcohol swab along with a band aid. I informed her that that obstruction should be under the seat area of the picnic table. She said yes, and she will have someone help her move the table over it. I was very grateful for her assistance. I appreciate her fast thinking along with her kindness. Looking forward to trying some of the other items. We will be back.
